A movement and processing gathering for mental health and healthcare professionals only. This is a mini retreat of 3hrs. We have been supporting others for almost a year now. This gathering is meant to provide space to be cared for, with others who understand what it is like. This event is open to counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, case managers, peer support specialists, yoga teachers, etc. We will be engaging in a gentle and restorative yoga practice, followed by a bring your own picnic lunch and structured journaling and conversations. This event is outdoors and distanced. Please bring a mask to wear when not engaging in distanced activities. See photo for visual of location.
