APARTMENT MANAGER NEEDED We are actively seeking an Apartment Manager for our 400 units apartment building in Phoenix, AZ. Requirements for this position: Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish Minimum 5 years experience as a Property Manager in large Apartment Complex Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service. Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management Job Responsibilities: Maintain high occupancy Effectively market the community. Achieve timely rent collections and handle all income-related issues Take the necessary steps to ensure both the appearance and physical integrity of the property and its assets are in good condition at all times.
