East Valley Landscaping Company is seeking immediate hire of experience Landscape Maintenance Crew Leaders and Laborers. CREW LEADER QUALIFICATIONS (Starting Pay $15 - $17 per hour to start – DOE) Minimum of 2 year experience – In Commercial or HOA property Landscape Maintenance Ability to supervise and lead a Maintenance crew of 2 – 3 men Experience in operating chainsaws, hedge trimmers, weed eaters, hand tools and mowers Experience in Shrub and Tree Trimming, Mowing, Blowing, Edging, Weed eating, and Blowing Experience in Driver a Crew Cab Dump Truck with pulling a Trailer Valid Driver’s license and clean MVR Able to follow safety policies and procedures LABORER QUALIFICATIONS (Starting Pay $13 - $14 per hour – DOE) Minimum of 1 year experience – In Commercial or HOA property Landscape Maintenance Experience in operating chainsaws, hedge trimmers, weed eaters, hand tools and mowers Experience in Shrub and Tree Trimming, Mowing, Blowing, Edging, Weed eating, and Blowing Able to follow safety policies and procedures ALL CANDINATES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS Be responsible, reliable, honest, self-motivated & able to work without close supervision. Able to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers and supervisor in a professional manor Must be able to work Monday -- Friday with a Minimum of 8 to 12 hours days. Able to Adhere to company core values, policies and procedures Able to work in extremely hot outdoor temperatures (Arizona Summers) Able to Lift 75 lbs. or more on a regular basis Recommended But Not Required: - Preference will be given to these individuals Valid Driver’s license and clean MVR Certified in First-Aid and CPR Resume should include -- Contact information, experience, and desired salary.
