Need help with yard work and odd jobs around the house $16/hr

I need 1-2 people to help with yard work and some odd jobs around the house. I have all the necessary tools. Lawn mowing, hedge trimming, minor brush clearing and tree trimming. There are some trees and bushes that are growing over my fence that need to be cut back. There's some painting that needs done. Possibly help with changing out some doors, etc.
