Article 1 - Zoning Amendments Relative to Property on High St. in vicinity of Obed Baker House. - This article is expected to be withdrawn and no action was taken by the Planning Board. Article 2 - Zoning Amendment Relative to Temporary Uses & Structures to allow an administrative process for short term proposals. Article 3 - Zoning Amendment Relative to Prohibiting Fire Arms & Explosives sales in the Local Business A (LBA) and Local Business B (LBB) zones. Article 4 - 4a - Zoning Amendment Relative to Medical Uses - Medical Centers or Clinics and Offices of Health Care Professional 4b - Prohibiting Hospitals in all/any zoning district 4c - Creating new Substance Rehabilitation Facility Overlay District Article 5 - Zoning Amendments Relative to Housekeeping.
