The pay range we are offering is $25 per hour to $36 per hour depending on work experience and construction skills. • We offer employee health insurance and 401K plan with an employer match. • Reimbursement for job related travel. • Company issued iPhone for job related communications. • Consideration of company owned vehicle after 5-years of successful work history. What you Bring: • Proven experience in building maintenance or construction work. • Working knowledge of basic construction terms. • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, good driving record and auto insurance. • Your own general maintenance and construction tools. • Basic skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, caulking, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and flooring. • Ability to read, write and communicate in English. Requirements: • 2-years building maintenance or construction experience. • General knowledge of construction terms and tools. • Reliable and responsible. • Comfortable with iPhone and smart phone technology. • Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance. • Ability to work in a team. Responsibilities: • Be available to work as scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. • Be responsible for personal safety on the job site. • Fulfill scope of work as directed by AMS schedulers, project managers and estimators. • Operate tools safely and as recommended by the manufacturer. • Be respectful and courteous of other team members, property owners and property. • Keep job sites clean and orderly. • Keep AMS schedulers, project managers and estimators aware of situations and circumstances that affect the job or other team members. • Close out work daily and meet AMS requirements for tracking materials costs and hours worked. The Location: AMS is based in Pleasanton, California and serves the greater bay area, Sacramento and San Joaquin counties.
