Sonoma Shower Doors, Inc. is seeking a full time apprentice/trainee to complement our shower door installing team. We’ve been in business for over 16 years and proudly serve the Sonoma, Marin, and Napa County. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person. We need someone who is willing to learn, work hard and be a team player. No experience is required and we are willing to teach and train the right person. We often work in prestigious homes where professionalism is critical. Installations may vary from small basic remodeled bathrooms to elaborate whole house projects with multiple bathrooms/showers (new construction). Our projects include the installation of shower doors, mirrors, and deck railing. We offer excellent pay and a full benefit package, including Health, Dental, Vacation, Simple IRA retirement, as well as paid Holidays. The job description includes; Installation of Frameless Shower Doors, from 3/8” to 1/2” thick glass panels Single doors Door and panels Frameless single and double sliders Custom Steam units Standard framed units and mirrors (Installation of small, medium and large oversized mirrors from wall to wall in some cases). Please keep in mind these can be heavy glass enclosures, can range from 75lbs to over 150lbs per panel. When required due to the complexity of the project, and as an apprentice, you will always be a part of team of two. So you will always have help when carrying glass panels and larger pieces.
