Job Description HANDYMAN & PAINTER * We are a general contractor company located in San Leandro, in business since 2011. We are looking for Handyman/Painter to join our team in our Bay Area remodeling projects. Requirements -Minimum of 4 years in the construction industry -Excellent communication skills -Valid California driver's license -Must be able to operate a commercial sized vehicle -Have experience in plumbing (copper/PVC/toilets/urinals) electrical, drywall, texturing and painting, tile and concrete, general maintenance and repair. -Have reliable transportation (truck preferred) and your own tools. -Have a Android OS Smartphone/ MUST be proficient using phone apps -This position requires travel and flexible hours and willingness to work weekends or overnight. -Ability to speak both English and Spanish is a plus Work Location -Multiple Job Sites Schedule -Monday to Friday -On Call Weekends Compensation -$18.00 to $30.00 per hour -Paid Sick Leave -One Week Paid Vacation (After 1st Year) * Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
