Aqua Power *HCM Wellness Center Membership Required NOTE: POOL CLASSES WILL BE HELD IN THERAPY POOL UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE LIMIT 9NOTE: NO CLASSES MAR 15-20 AQUA POWER with Kim or Felicia These classes combine a variety of aerobic movement with intervals of resistance training in the Fitness Pool. Water noodles, aqua dumbbells, aqua steps, medicine balls and resistance bands are used to challenge participants. We ask that all members PLEASE DEMONSTRATE EXTRA PERSONAL SAFETY PROTOCOLS IN THESE STRENUOUS CLASSES. The HCM Wellness Center is taking precautions and is committed to the health and safety of our HCM Wellness Center Community.
