Here's an idea, why not talk to the manager or owner of the establishment so they can either train or remove the employee that is not performing their job properly? I assure you the owners want happy customers or they will go out of business. But how is the owner supposed to know if you don't bring it up but instead, just try to destroy a person's business that they use to provide for their family? Especially since restaurants have been destroyed by shut downs? So because you didn't get your food right, you want to destroy a person and that person's ability to provide for their family? You are exactly what's wrong with society today.
