NATICK, MA — Two local men were indicted Friday in Middlesex County Superior Court on charges stemming from an August fight at the Encore Boston Harbor casino. David Guante, 30, of Natick, stabbed another casino patron in the Encore parking lot after a fistfight at the casino in August, according to Attorney General Maura Healey. James Johnson, 30, of Framingham punched the victim in the face during the fight, prosecutors said. The victim, a 24-year-old from Lynn, was taken to Mass General Hospital for treatment following the incident. A Middlesex County grand jury indicted both Johnson and Guante on a single count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon each. They will be arraigned on those charges at a future date, Healey said.
