We are looking to hire dependable and hard working crew members to join our team! We remove and install boat lifts and piers in fall and spring. Throughout summer months, we repair boat lifts and piers, basic construction of piers and boat lifts, deliveries, etc. This is a full time position. Our crew members work outside on our barges and in our warehouse located in Pewaukee. We work on many lakes, but primarily Pewaukee Lake, Okauchee Lake and Nagawicka, all located in Waukesha County. Crew members working on our barge assist with pier installations and removals, boat lift installations and removals, and general marine repairs for lake home properties and commercial properties. When working in our warehouse, crew members help with the assembly of new piers and new boat lifts, loading products on trucks, picking orders out of inventory, organizing needed tools for each job, etc. Basic construction, working with tools, and organization is preferred. You must be able to lift 50 lbs and be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions. Any type of experience being on boats, boaters safety, knowledge of area lakes is very helpful, but not required. All training needed for this position is provided!
