Very strong, quality-oriented person needed. My friends are doing a deep clean of their whole house and property, that has been rented out, to prepare it for sale. Some parts are very dirty, especially the garage, basement & patio area. The whole property needs to be cleaned up, and junk gathered to take to the dump. Sod must be laid and the yard cleaned up. Mask required. 2-3 hours to start. More hours may be available. The tasks may be super-varied: Deep cleaning (basement/garage/patio), trash removal and property cleanup, moving sandbags, lifting up to 50 lbs, laying down sod, yard work and cleanup, assisting with repairs and remodel activities, moving furniture/equipment/etc., prepping for painting, painting, etc. TO APPLY, please mention: a) Any informal or professional labor and deep cleaning experience you have. b) Optional: Any experience with laying sod, yard work and cleanup, painting, painting prep, remodeling, etc. c) Optional: If you have cleaning supplies for DEEP cleans of garage, basement and patio. d) Optional: If you have a truck available for dump runs. e) Your availability today (Saturday) after 11am and on Sunday. f) If you live within 10 - 15 miles of Burien. g) Only if you're comfortable, please share your cell phone number, so I can reach you more quickly. :) ** Seeking someone who lives within 10 - 15 miles of Burien.
