Sweet girl for rehoming

We must re-home our lab mix. We believe she is mixed with pit but has a beautiful chocolate lab coat. Unfortunately we have a neighbor who has a horse and she loves to chase the horse. We've tried time and time again to break her from it but it's truly her favorite past time. I believe she also feels like she's protecting us from the majestic beast when she does it. She's a sweet girl and would make a great companion for someone that has room for her to run out that puppy energy. She's only around a year old and we raised her from 6 weeks. She loves to play with kiddos and run around with them. She's hyper and loves to eat. The kennel we just bought as a last ditch effort to keep her but she escapes it like she has the blood of David Copperfield running through her veins. Nominal rehoming fee applies, we just want to see her go to a good home.
