Painting, Touch-Ups, Spackling, Fix
Jobs
Cape Coral FL
Description
I am putting my home up for sale and I need a few things done. I primarily need three (3) walls painted, a bifold closet door painted, the inside of a solid double-door entry painted as well as touch-ups throughout a home that is just under 2,000 sq ft. The walls I want entirely painted cover no more than 350-400 sq ft total. I will supply the interior, acrylic latex paint. You must supply the tools which you will be using for the job(paint sprayer, brushes, rollers---whatever you will be using,) I have an area above my kitchen that has cracking that I need spackled----just make it look presentable. If you can smoothly spackle the area, then you do not have to paint it afterward. I just need it looking neat and presentable. I have two (2) areas in my master bedroom that have spackling that must be sanded down and painted to make it look presentable. I also have some small cracks at the height of my ceiling (no more than 10-12 feet up) that need to be spackled/painted over. Last, I need a solution to a problem I have with the doorjambs around the inside of my home. See the photos. I had laminate wood flooring installed not long ago and instead of precisely measuring the floor to be a tight fit, the company put brown caulking around the the edges. I need this dressed up to make it look presentable. I do not know whether or not you would use quarter round or something else----I just need it to look presentable. I'm paying $1200.00 for this total job. Please see the photos. Payment to be made either via Zelle or personal check---whichever you prefer. I need this job done either Sunday, March 7th or Monday, March 8th. Email me your full name and number and I will get back to you no later than 1PM, March 6th. I prefer someone who has experience and some know-how on how to solve my problem with the caulking situation as evidenced in my photos. I reside in NW Cape Coral near Wilmington Pkwy and Nelson Rd to give you an idea of where you would be traveling to should I hire you. Let me know and I look forward to hopefully working with you!
