Moving Help Needed

I will be renting a moving truck Saturday March 13th and am seeking someone to help me move my small apartment. Must be able to lift 75+ lbs. Must be able to help me dis-assemble beds and load a small amount of furniture in to truck. Mattresses, tv console, head boards, bed frames etc. I would also prefer if same person followed me to St. Petersburg (in their personal vehicle) to unload at new apt. Gas to be paid for by me. $100 for the day. Serious inquiries only.
