Looking for part time handyman/ caretaker

Description

In need of a part time handyman/ caretaker for a home on Palm Beach island. Duties will include washing cars, cleaning exterior windows, some minor yard maintenance, small repairs, painting and general upkeep of the exterior. This could be a 2-3 days a week situation. Ideal candidate could be semi or fully retired and will need to have some experience in the above mentioned duties. References and resume required.
