Over-Night Front Gate Attendant Hours: 11 P.M. - 7:00 A.M. Days: Tuesday - Sunday 32 hours a week. Can turn into Full-Time position if desired. This position is for a Luxury High-Rise on the Ocean. Pay $13.50 an hour Job Description: - Not falling asleep during the shift - Ability to communicate effectively, with tact and professionalism with the public - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to operate basic computer software programs, keyboard and mouse - Punctual, in-person attendance is required for this position - Must be able to work with minimal supervision - Directs guests to appropriate destination - Stops all vehicles and determines destination - Issues parking passes to visitors - Observes and reports unusual or suspicious activity - Relay over phone or radio who is coming in gate and where they are going - Verify guest has permission to enter property We are a drug free work place.
