Hi.. very, very unfortunately I have to give up my heart dog.. I thought I would be in sick a different place then I am I’m in now and didn’t expect to be uprooted again.. she deserves a stable home life where someone lets her build her confidence inside the house too and doesn’t have her as an outdoor pet. Unfortunately when I moved with my ex all promises that she would be allowed inside any out the window. She unfortunately is still with my ex until I get into an apartment but that would be way too small of a living space for her and I need someone with experience in rescue German shepherds. She has not a mean bone in her body... loves other dogs, kids, cats, been around chickens. Was a rescue from a shelter and the lady who adopted her before me said that she wasn’t being treated right by her kids and if I remember correctly it was only because she was shy and submissive. I’ve seen her at her full potential before I moved in with said ex and she is a wonderful, loving, kind, patient soul. But I haven’t been living with my ex since December (still trying to get into my own living situation and I haven’t been able to take her with) so she is super rusty on manners - I’ll explain that a bit more over text, email or phone call. Just needs patience and reminders and it shouldn’t take too long at all until she remembers how to be a civilized dog lol. Nothing to major at all though.. just jumps up and needs to relearn how to walk on a leash I’m sure since that hasn’t been a rule for my ex unfortunately- probably needs some patience on retaining recall but with positive reinforcement and patience she will blossom into such a well mannered dog again. Once she settles into her new home she might even be good in a house with calm patient children. Has never had a mean bone in her and really loves to make people happy!
