Description

Specialize in bidding for mechanical HVAC projects new construction and tenant finish. Prepare cost estimates for construction projects or services. Responsibilities: • Generate a steady influx of awarded projects through successful and accurate bid practices. • Ensure accurate and on time bids are sent out consistently. • Read, review, evaluate and bid all prospective project specifications and plans, including late revisions and/or change orders. • Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships with suppliers and end customers. • Work with ownership in pursuit of new customers Requirements: • 3+ years of estimating commercial HVAC projects • Read and understand blueprints, spec books and submittals • Outstanding customer service. • Positive attitude Compensation and Benefits • $60,000-75,000 • Health insurance • 401K • Growth Opportunities
