The victim complied and the suspects drove off in the vehicle. No one was injured. Police responded, located the vehicle on Route 175, and attempted to stop it before it fled. The vehicle crashed in a neighboring jurisdiction and police arrested the occupants.ARRESTED: Alexus Shantel Scott, 25, of Oakford Avenue in Baltimore, and Khaliq Nafi Wright, 18, of N.
