Mobile Home Park Manager / Part-time

We are currently hiring a part-time manager for our mobile home park. It is a small park with less than 50 lots. Most of the residents own their own homes. We are looking for a property manager to start immediately. This would be perfect if you are already a park manager for a stabilized park and would like additional income. Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Collect rents from tenants and deposit at bank * Sign leases with new tenants * Enforce park rules and resolve tenant issues * Advertise vacant homes and lots * Manage sub-contractors * Light bookkeeping * Prepare and submit status reports Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: * High school diploma or equivalent * Must have good computer skills * Must have good written and verbal communication skills * Be able to provide great customer service to our residents * Prior experience as a property manager or park manager is nice, but not necessary Compensation and Benefits: * Competitive pay * Free lot rent if you want to live in the park
