Come practice Yoga in a private outdoor space and stay for community and food <3 Please join Ngoc Can of JustBeHere for an hour of Yoga Flow. You will be guided through mindful movement, breath work and meditation. Class is accessible to all levels and no prior experience is necessary. Please bring your own mat, mask and water bottle for practice. We will be practicing in a peaceful, private outdoor space at Grain Traders in West Hollywood. For Savasana, you will be immersed in the beautiful and healing frequencies of a Sound Bath led by Kristina Welch. JustBeHere is a project that creates a mindful experience for the senses. Our purpose is to build community through real connections and partnership. Ngoc received her Yoga Certification in 2016 at The Soul Ascension School of Yoga in Big Pine Key, Florida. Her flows are vinyasa based and her purpose is to teach presence through postures, breath work and meditation. This event is free but donations are appreciated.
