Looking for work space

I am an artist starting my own paint party business. I need work space to hold my virtual paint parties, and possibly face-to-face. Since this is a startup business, I would prefer to pay an hourly rate just for whenever I have paint parties booked. My second option is a monthly rate. The space can be an office, studio, garage, a room... someplace where I have private entry and have 24/7 access. I don't mind sharing space with other artists and professionals. I'm looking for space soon, so please let me know your best rate!
