Job Description Residential Superintendent for Home Remodeling ( Part-Time) Job Summary: Home Remodeling Contractor is seeking a Residential Superintendent to join our team and manage onsite projects. We remodel projects all over DC, Maryland, and Virginia area with modern and classic designs to clients’ homes. JOB DESCRIPTION: The daily tasks of a Residential Superintendent are as follows: • Preparing of estimate for kitchen and bathrooms. • Onsite quality assurance from each employee/contractor • Scheduling and managing contractors with a positive attitude • Effectively communicate with homeowners • Desire to provide excellent customer service and display professionalism towards homeowners • Daily briefings with the company Director • Discussing homeowner questions • Photo uploads of project progress WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for someone who is progressive-minded and seeking opportunities to expand their horizons within our growing company! Ideal candidates will have the following • 5-10 years residential experience and having knowledge of building codes. • Fluent in English • Experience as a foreman or management, ordering materials, and monitoring budgets • Ability to read and understand blueprints • Experience working with Google Apps (Google Spreadsheets, Calendar, etc) • Highly reliable and timely with work plan • Basic computer and smartphone skills • Willing to travel and responsible for transportation to and from job sites Typical hours are 9am-1pm, Monday-Friday Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25 to $35 per hour Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
