Boat Yard Manager Availability: Full time 5.5 days (M-Sat) Compensation: Salary based on experience, benefits and paid holidays. Responsibilities: Strong ability to operate equipment; tractor, forklift, travel lifts Good mechanical ability (able to perform small repairs) Ability to perform service on boat trailers (primarily EZ Loader) Self-motivated and organized Work as a team to support needs of company and customers Qualifications: 2+ years' experience, boat yard experience required Valid Driver’s License – CDL is a plus Organizational skills and ability to prioritize High school diploma or equivalent Ability to perform strenuous work, requiring agility and endurance Detailed oriented, customer centric & courteous toward others
