Yamaha Outboard Technician Availability: Full time (M-F) Compensation: Salary based on experience, benefits and paid holidays. Responsibilities: Perform general Yamaha motor maintenance, routine and advanced Troubleshooting boat and motor problems Diagnose engine issues through use of computer analysis Work as a team to support needs of company and customers Qualifications: 2+ years' experience in direct Yamaha motor work, certification is a plus Valid Driver’s License – CDL is a plus Boater’s License - experience launching and hauling of boats Strong mechanical ability and aptitude Computer proficiency for engine diagnostics Organizational skills and ability to prioritize High school diploma or equivalent Ability to perform strenuous work, requiring agility and endurance Detailed oriented, customer centric & courteous toward others
