Job Title: Machine Operator, 2nd Shift $16.00 Hour Location: Perris, CA Schedule: 2nd shift, 2pm to 10:30pm, M-F, Temp to Perm Job Overview: Machine Operator responsible for setting up and running a machine which processes animal food pellets. This position is 50% of the time running bagger machines and 50% of the time standing, reaching, picking up bags and stacking them on pallets. Job Duties: Set up machines for the process of manufacturing a pelleted pet feed. Responsible for setting rollers, knives and steam pressure in this process. Run pellet machines at maximum level and full capacity, keep up with scheduled runs daily. Keep machines well maintained. Check rolls and die as needed to maintain efficient run times. Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection tests on all pellets processed and record on PDI sheet. Requirements: Forklift experience required, must be able to lift up to 50lbs Attention to detail, keep accurate paperwork, meet quality standards and customer expectations. Drug Screen required.
