Resident ranch employee is needed to assume duties of small ranch caretaker. This person needs to have some of the following experience and working capabilities. The ranch caretaker should have past experience around horses which would include feeding several horses twice daily. Caretaker should be familiar with light grooming and exercising of horses. The ranch requires a resident worker who needs to be on hand to care for the horses and maintain property security at most all times. Most property upkeep would include watering, pruning of trees and shrubs. Caretaker must be familiar with most all small property repairs including repair of irrigation sprinklers and irrigation pipe. Use of chain saw, light tractor work and regular maintenance of small ranch ATV vehicles is often needed and highly essential. A single person is preferred, but a couple might be given some consideration. Ranch personnel would occupy a small one bedroom home with all utilities paid. Please, no children. Ranch resident must be settled down and available when needed. They must be a clean living person who does not have a history of arrests or abuse of drugs or alcohol.
