SANTA CRUZ, CA — Santa Cruz police K-9 officer Parker's top-notch sniffer alerted officers to drugs stashed in a fake soda can, police said. The Santa Cruz Police Department shared a photo of Parker perched in the passenger seat of a car, nose turned toward the center compartment.
