I am in search of a pup that’s going to remain small without the outrageous “rehoming fee” most of these ads promote. I have 2 children and would love to get a pup for our home. I am already going to be paying for service dog certification and am not trying to pay a large fee for a puppy on top of that. Just wanting a pup to love. Please do not send me anything over $100 rehoming fee. Thank you!
