By CBS3 Staff, CBS Philadelphia March 5, 2021 PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Police have released surveillance video of the vehicle involved in a hit-and-run that left a 60-year-old man dead in North Philadelphia. Police say Roberto Oquendo Velez was hit with such force that he was thrown from his shoes and dragged nearly 300 feet on the 3300 block of North 2nd Street. Police say Oquendo was crossing the street at 2nd and Ontario Streets when he was struck by a dark blue 2001 to 2005 GMC Envoy or Yukon. Read more at CBS Philadelphia
