Joliet, Ill. – The University of St. Francis (USF) Mass Communication Alumni Network and Communication and Media Arts Department present the 5th Annual "Communication Degree…Now What?" event on Thursday, March 25, virtually, via Zoom. The event, which is free and open to the community, begins at 5:30 p.m. The agenda will focus on journalism/mass communication alumni from USF and representing a variety of industries who offer frank advice about communication career opportunities and pathways for students and alumni. Presenters at the event include: Isaiah Williams '18: Digital Coordinator, I-Heart Media/WGCI;Liz Healy '15: Marketing Communications Representative, Riverside Healthcare;Jackie Oliver '10, Director of International Special Events, MGM Resorts International, and;Bob Hylka '93, Director of Produce, Indiana Produce Group. High school and junior college students who have an interest in journalism, video, radio, public relations or graphic design are particularly encouraged to attend.
