Farm hand/general laborer NEEDED

You will be building fence and building hog pens and other general labor and such that come with having a small farm and a shop building. I need someone who wants to make a few dollars. I can't promise a full-time or even a steady part-time job but I definitely need help for several days and maybe even a few weeks. Who knows, it could possibly turn into a semi permanent part time job at 2 days a week. I can pay $10 an hour cash money (which comes out to around $15 if taxes were being taken out) 32% taxes in Arkansas....if it were to become something where I needed help weekly say 2 days a week from now on, then I would most likely 1099 you and then take you up to $15. per hr. in which case you would be responsible for paying your own taxes.. However that would NOT happen without a prior notice to the said employee. I need someone who I can trust and someone who isn't afraid of working steady and hard for me. I Need someone with a good attitude and someone who will listen and not argue, however I'm always open to a good idea. Someone with transportation is preferred but not necessarily required depending on where you live. I'm on the westside of Fayetteville aka Wheeler.
