Skilled Handyman or Contractor for Basic Home Repairs and Improvements

I would like to hire a skilled handyman to help with the improvements and/or repairs at a smaller home that I am doing some remodeling before selling. I work in the real estate industry and with other investment properties, so there is plenty of opportunity for ongoing work with my customers on a regular basis, and my future projects. Ideally, you have experience and skill with many or most of the following home improvements/repairs, as well as others that might not be listed: - Interior Drywall & Plaster Repair - Interior Painting (using professional sprayer and/or rollers & brushes) - Light Demolition Work (removal of old cabinets & bathroom vanities, removal of old plumbing fixtures, bathroom tile, etc). - Installation of Stock Kitchen Cabinets (typically purchased from Lowes or Home Depot) - Installation of Stock Bathroom Vanities - Installation of New Toilets, Sink Faucets, Shower & Tub Faucets & Hardware - Installation of Tile Flooring, Tile Bathtub Surround/Shower Tile, Kitchen Backsplash Tile - Installation of Vinyl Plank Flooring, or Floating/Interlocking Flooring - Basic Electrical: Replacing Light Fixtures, Replacing Ceiling Fan, Changing out Light Switches & Outlets - Installation of Kitchen Sink with Disposal & Dishwasher - Removing old and installing new baseboards - Installation of New Front & Back Entry Doors - Light Repairs to Exterior Wood Trim and Exterior Painting - Basic Roof Maintenance - Some Landscaping Work: Tree trimming, yard clean up, spreading new gravel, backyard fence repair/maintenance, etc. IMPORTANT: Must have your own transportation with the ability to occasionally pick up materials from places like Lowe's and Home Depot, typically paid for in advance and held at the contractor's counter. Also, on rare occasion, must be able to help with hauling debris or larger items to city dump. If a large dumpster is needed, it will be provided or trash hauler can be called. Must have your own transportation to get to and from the job during normal daytime/weekday hours. No exceptions. Must be reliable, responsible, trustworthy and able to do quality work without supervision at all times. Must have your own tools, however many tools are also available for you to use, and if any specialty tools, parts or supplies are needed and specific to the job, they will be provided for you. Must have references and examples of recent work is a huge plus. If you aren't able to do some of the work, or need help with some of the work, and have other reliable contacts to help with the job, that will be appreciated too. I'm very reasonable and easy to work with, and value those that are hard working, trustworthy, reliable, and stand behind the work that they do. While I cannot guarantee a certain amount of ongoing work, I can guarantee that there is ongoing work beyond the job that I'm hiring for now.
