Do You Love Compost? Do You Love Being Outdoors? Soilutions is now hiring for a seasonal position! Soilutions is looking to add a seasonal team member (starting immediately and continuing through June) with the potential for a permanent position. for a variety of duties at our compost site, and potentially delivering our righteous compost/soil to our customers. No experience required!   Duties include but are not limited to: -Working outdoors in the beautiful aroma of natural compost, in all weather conditions for 8 hours a day. - Having fun, learning about the benefits of regenerative soil, and helping to divert food waste away from the landfill!  -Heavy lifting, repeated motions, and general labor. -Customer service -Operating small and heavy machinery -Switching tasks multiple times throughout the day Experience and/or soil & landscaping knowledge is preferred but not required, we will train the right person. This position is seasonal with the potential to become permanent.  All that is required is a commitment to a safe and respectful work environment, and great attitude!
