Electric motor replaced on Shop heater

I have an over head Janitrol Heater that the fan motor has when bad. It made noise for a week and now its dead. The motor is a Fasco brand and its model D144. The fan is about 14' in the air but I do have a ladder to reach it. I'm looking for a rough estimate for someone to remove the old motor and replace it with a new or used motor. Not looking for estimates from HVAC Companies. I'm looking to have it done ASAP. I can pay for the part I would just need to know where to buy it. The heater is at my shop at Cleveland Tire 16226 S. Waterloo Rd
