We are a Lawn Care / Landscaping Company based out of Novi looking to fill multiple positions before Spring gets here. Must have reliable transportation and an active driver's license. 1. Laborers - $12-$14 / hour Entry-level position, no experience required. You will be trained how to use equipment with an experienced team. 2. Equipment Operators - $14-$16 / hour Experience required. Must be able to operate lawn equipment (Blowers, weed whips, edgers, mowers, etc.......). 3. Crew Leader - $16-$19 / hour Experience required. Must be able to drive a truck and trailer and hold your team accountable to maintaining our work standards and ethics. Our operation is run out of a 3,300 sq ft shop with all the tools and equipment needed to be successful. Reliability, punctuality, comradery, and a positive mental attitude are important factors to us when it comes to hiring and promoting. We will be beginning our Spring Clean Ups and Mulch Installation Projects within the next couple of weeks so immediate hiring will be available. We run 3 crews; 2 Lawn Crews and 1 Landscape Crew. Year round work is also available. 30-Day Incentives and 90-Days Incentives are available, and then annual evaluations / raises after that.
