Ingredients 2-3 leaves of romaine lettuce1 whole Persian cucumber (or smaller slice of large cucumber)1 banana1 apple, core removedhandful blueberriesfew sprigs of mintfresh ginger and turmeric to tasteyogurt and water to blend, as desired Instructions Blend it all together and you've got yourself a yummy, nutritious drink!
