My 10 year old female papillon is missing, she is my ESA. She was last seen in my backyard on Burwell Ave. She is white with brown on her ears, back and butt. Her breath is horrible, her hair is matted on her butt and she needs her nail trimmed. She does not have her collar on but she is chipped. She is lost between Dixie HWY and 22nd street.
