Solid Property Services is looking for night and day time janitors with experience to perform cleaning of commercial buildings in the San Diego area. Some knowledge in general repairs and minor handy man duties is a plus. General cleaning including: - Trash removal - Dusting - Sweeping - Mopping - Blinds, drapes and furniture cleaning. - Cleaning in common areas; elevators, rest rooms, hallways etc. JOB REQUIREMENTS : Willing to train Willing to work with a team. Able to lift and carry 20lbs. Dependable and Punctual With reliable Transportation Flexibility Cell phone available: we use a time card system via cell phone. Compensatio and working hours depend on the position and the area. We offer work from south bay San Diego to Manafee. Both partime and full time.
