Description
We are a well established company that has been in business for 43 years and counting. We are seeking a qualified candidate to assist with customer service, purchasing/inventory management, shipping and receiving. This position will be a combination of office and warehouse work.
General responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service
Communicate with customers: job status, schedule of work and provide estimates
Prepare itemized job paperwork
Estimates cost of repairs based on technician findings
Prepare regulatory paperwork
Work with vendors to obtain the most efficient purchases of supplies and parts
Maintain shop supplies
Inventory Management
Receive daily shipments from vendors and customers and maintain organized locations for all incoming items
Pull pack and ship items to customers
Pack and ship RMA items to vendors
Pull and organize raw goods for product assembly
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Self motivated yet able to work with a team to accomplish goals
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Proficient computer skills, data entry, ability to use dealer management software
Ability to lift 75 pounds consistently
Basic math and writing skills
Bilingual is a plus!
