Yesterday, one of her homes in Tijuana was raided and there were more than 50 dogs living in the most inhumane conditions with NO food or water. Many dogs were dead, many have tested positive to parvo, others were found inside of garbage bags, and many others dying a slow death from hunger and dehydration....
