Skim Coat a Few Walls for $500

Here's the deal: I am in a fairly small apartment with textured walls. I don't like textured walls, I like smooth walls. I want four of these apartment walls smoothed out around March 15th (they are two walls in two different rooms). I'm looking for someone with professional grade skills to get these four walls as close to a Level 5 finish as possible (obviously a L5 finish is hard to achieve, so I'm just asking to get it looking as good as you deem appropriate for the cost). I have $500 for someone willing to do the job. If you have no experience with skim coating, please don't respond. In addition, if you just so happen to have experience painting, I'd be open to negotiating a package deal with the skim coat and the painting of these two rooms. I do understand that this is the kind of job people pay a lot more for. However, this is my budget and I have to stick to it. If interested text me at 770-899-8644.
