Hello contractors! Straight to the point- I know work is slowed up due to covid and the weather. So I’m out here AGAIN searching for that one crew out of the pool of many. These jobs you will get paid upon completion. There’s no deposit until we build a relationship and I know that you are a trustworthy person. If you don’t have tools- please don’t call. If the customer will not be satisfied with your work- please don’t call. If you’re doing a lot of jobs at once- please don’t call. If you are desperate please don’t call because you’ll only waste my time and yours. Here are the jobs: 1) ATLANTA, GA To paint exterior of 2400 sq ft brick house- $1800 All the materials will be there 2) ATLANTA, GA To replace 10 bricks and point and tuck (approx 7 linear feet of cracks with mortar) and to add a tier of brick to raise stair level step to entryway- $500 3) ATLANTA, GA To hang 15 ceiling boards, to patch a few areas with 1/2 inch drywall and to cover the remaining of the ceiling with 1/4 inch drywall - $300 4) MARIETTA, GA To finish 16 drywall boards and 2 patches and 2 corner beads- $300 (Last three pictures) Text Leo (770) 285-8541 if you are interested.
