Employers Overload is currently hiring for a Production laborer in Cottage Grove. This is a full-time position Temp - Hire 40 hours weekly, Hourly wage. "We have Immediate openings" * Self Starter * Grow with the company * Ability to read a tape measure * Can interpret and follow shop instructions * Basic math skills * Willing to learn * Prior experience in wood working tools is a plus * Works with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines * Attention to detail – takes pride in the work at hand * Team player * Hardworking * Punctual * Reliable Job Description: Sanding Boards, Working with Power tools (Sander, Nail gun & Staple Gun) Staining boards, Lifting anywhere from 10 lbs and up to 35 lbs. Keep work area clean and help with boards being made to build Yurts. Must be able to stand on your feet 8 hours a day. This is a temp to hire position with a 90 day probation period.
