We are hiring 2 experienced TREE CREW MEMBERS to start IMMEDIATELY. You could be one of them if you answered yes to all of the above questions. Tree Crew Members that can evaluate trees, make a plan of attack and make the best cuts safely to you, your fellow crew and property, whether from the ground, climbing tree, in the tree, on a ladder or in a bucket. Limit spreading disease by sanitizing equipment between trees. Operating a variety of Stihl chainsaws. Changing chains, sharpening chains, cleaning equipment, making sure all equipment gets back in work vehicles and back to office. Loading debris on trailers and strapping down for highway travel. Taking debris and dumping at landfill. Cleaning up work site from yard to street. Always putting safety before anything else. Making sure the cuts are the right ones to improve the life of tree. Making sure equipment is ready for next job and keeping inventory of chains, mixed fuel, bar oil and pruning seal so we are always ready. Lots of guys can run a chainsaw but professionally trimming or cutting down a tree hundreds of years old is a different level entirely. This is very hard work, in all kinds of weather.
