Maintenance technician needed. An active adult community in Mesa is seeking an individual to work full-time as a maintenance technician. Job requirements: basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, irrigation systems and pool maintenance. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Valid driver's license is required. Reliable transportation.
