SIGNATURE PROJECTS is looking for a maintenance technician to help crews stay on track to deliver units on time. Job will include but not limited to: RESPONSIBILITIES: - Dry wall repair and spackling (repair holes, replace sheetrock, etc.) - Painting (matching textures) - Light plumbing and carpentry (remove clogs, replace toilets, etc.) - Basic knowledge of Electricity (fan replacements, power outlets, lights, etc.) - Must own your own - tools. - Deliver a wide range of repairs, remodeling, and handyman services - Maintain the company standards of quality. ---- ELECTRICAL & TILE (WALL TILE OR BACKSPLASH) EXPERIENCE PREFERRED---- REQUIREMENTS: * Must have your own transportation to get to the Job Site (We have locations both on the West and East Valley.) * Must be able to Lift a minimum of 50 lbs * Punctuality & Timeliness are Key * Must be Drug Free * Must be Willing to Learn * Must have the ability to Work Independently or as Part of a Crew * Must be a Clear Communicator verbally & in written form * Performing each assigned task with Cleanliness & Neatness * Detail-Oriented is a must * Must be legal to work in the US. * Must pass a background check * Spanish speaker preferred Please call (480) 744-5553 for more information between our office hours 9:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday.
