Facility Maintenance Position -- Full time- - Call 512-632-0888 to schedule an interview. Purpose: to repair and maintain property, equipment and operational systems throughout the facility and property at three facility locations. Requirements: Ability to spot problems or potential problems and take initiative to fix them. Comfortable with multiple tasks and prioritizing company needs. Ability to follow instructions in English, both verbal and written Ability to do heavy lifting Strong Positive attitude Qualified candidates should have the following competencies: Light Painting/drywall and texture Light tile work, grout and caulking Light repair and maintenance of buildings: floors, roofs, partitions, doors, windows, wood fixtures, fencing, and furniture. Yard maintenance: Mowing and basic landscape skills Basic knowledge of plumbing and septic drains, carpentry, maintenance on heating and a/c systems, basic repair and knowledge in small engines for lawn mowers, chainsaws and related equipment.
